Another Give-away!

My dear friend Kerry http://kerrykatiecakes2.blogspot.com is haveing an awesome give-away on her blog. While your there visiting scrolldown and check out her quilt she made for AAQI that will travel with the exhibit for Alzeheimers Disease, "Heartbreak To Hope." Her piece is stunning and is for such an awesome cause,to help raise money for research for this horrible disease that pulls at everyones heartstrings. This cause is very near and dear to me as my mother passed away on Christmas Eve after living with this disease for 12 years.

I know I haven"t kept my blog up very well but will post this week pics of the Victorian Christmas tree-skirt I"m working on. Also I"ll show you a pic of what my new sewing room looks like while I"m "creating." Not so neat and tidy anymore......
